RETURNS AND REMEDY
Upon receiving your package please inspect it for damage (manufacturing defect or shipping damage). Do the same with the ALPHA Game Table. Although each unit is packaged tightly, we cannot control what happens during the courier service. Things get dropped, bumped, or damaged otherwise. If you notice damage to the table be sure to keep your box. Take pictures of the packaging and the damage to the table and contact us at email@example.com. In most cases we will file a claim with the carrier and issue you a new ALPHA Game Table. Repackage the broken unit. The carrier will pick up the broken ALPHA and you will receive a replacement shortly. Note: Small cosmetic blemishes can occur and will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
You have 5 days from receipt to request a refund for reasons other than shipping damage and or manufacturing defects. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to the return facility, and that the product arrives in new condition. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return.
